Matsutake mushroom naturally grows in the natural hybrid forest of pine and oak trees without any pollution at an altitude of 2000~4000 meters and above, it has a symbiotic relationship with pine roots, and needs the shade conditions of broad-leaved forests such as oak trees. The place where matsutake mushroom grows needs to have three basic conditions, namely beauty pine, dahlia fragrant flower, and sandy loam soil, because the growth and development of matsutake mushroom has strict requirements for environmental conditions, it is difficult to cultivate artificially and completely rely on wild collection.
Matsutake mushrooms are rich in nutrients and also have high medicinal value, containing 17% crude protein, 5.8% crude fat, 61.5% soluble nitrid-free platform, and rich in vitamins B1, B2, C, calcium niacinate, phosphorus, iron, etc.

Directions
Place dried mushrooms in warm water for 15 – 30 minutes, or cold water for 30 + minutes. Soaking liquids can be retained for use in soups and sauces.

If you know,….YOU KNOW!Matsutake mushrooms are delish, and to be able to have them year round is a great option,..inn ALL kinds ofMatsutake mushrooms ,..with Steak, in a mushroom gravy,.fried with onions,..NOT to mention the convenience of this dehydrated product. Much attention paid to excellent quality as well!!
